Account Termination

Subscription and Credits

Free Credits

New users receive free credits upon registration. Free credits are non-transferable and expire according to our policy.

Paid Subscriptions

We offer various subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: $5/month - 100 credits
• Pro Plan: $15/month - 300 credits
• Premium Plan: $29/month - 500 credits

Subscription terms:

• Credits reset monthly on your billing date
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period

Payment and Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. To request a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us at support@gethairvision.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Upload images containing nudity, violence, or illegal content
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Images

You own the AI-generated hairstyle images created from your photos. You may use these images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires explicit written permission.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, design, features, and functionality, is owned by Get Hair Vision and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

AI-generated results are previews only and may not perfectly represent actual haircut results. We recommend consulting with a professional hairstylist before making any decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET HAIR VISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Any content obtained from the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Hair Vision and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
